We store your business name, email, and a securely hashed password to run your queue. We never see your password in plain text.
Customers join your queue with a name and phone number to hold their place. You are responsible for handling that information lawfully — que only processes it on your behalf. Public screens show ticket numbers only, never names or phone numbers.
"It's your turn" alerts are opt-in and best-effort — they depend on the customer's device and browser.
Positions and wait times are estimates, and the service is provided "as is". Your data is yours; you can request access or deletion by contacting us.
